Introducing my first intermediate class debuting in September☺️

Spring is not too far away and this gorgeous set titled “Fairy Garden” is just perfect for September 🧚‍♀️

My First Intermediate class

⏰ 1pm

📍Harrington Park, NSW

💵 $125 per student

This is the perfect class for those that have already taken a class or 2 and understand the basics of royal icing. We will concentrate less on the basics and focus more on perfecting our flooding, new techniques and designs.

Duration will be approximately 3-4 hours

Classes will be limited to 10 students to ensure a greater learning experience.

Classes are held in a dedicated space in my home so we can take our time and enjoy a relaxing afternoon while learning a new skill.

Everything is provided to complete a set of 6 gorgeous cookies-just bring yourself.

September cookie classes are here and I have a brand new option next month ☺️

As I have quite a few students who have completed multiple classes I am introducing both absolute beginners classes and Intermediate classes.

The absolute beginner classes will concentrate on the basics of Royal icing, baking and decorating. The intermediate classes will be less about the basics and more focused on perfecting our flooding, new techniques and designs. I am so excited to introduce these classes starting next month. Here are details of the first class and I will post details of the intermediate in a seperate post.

Introducing “Fairy Garden”

My First absolute beginners class.

📅 Saturday September 12th, 2026

⏰ 1pm

📍Harrington Park, NSW

💵 $90 per student

Duration will be approximately 2-2.5 hours

Classes will be limited to 10 students to ensure a greater learning experience.

This class is perfect for those that have never taken a Royal iced cookie decorating class before or who would like to do a refresher class.

The minimum age is 14 (and those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult also taking the class)

Classes are held in a dedicated space in my home so we can take our time and enjoy a relaxing afternoon while learning a new skill.

Everything is provided to complete a set of 4 gorgeous cookies-just bring yourself.
