If your child turns four before 1 May next year, then register your interest by June 30 to start preschool in 2023.

It was lovely meeting the children and their families this week! We are currently in the process of creating private Facebook groups so we can share the children’s learning. We will let you know more information soon.

Kindy Clothing
Woodend is still sourcing a supplier to provide us with Kindy t-shirts for 2022. At this stage we only have Hoodie windcheaters for sale direct from the preschool. We hope to have further information about clothing out to families in the near future.

Woodend will be beginning the year on Wednesday 2nd February. Staff will be on deck from January 31 for working parents that cannot provide appropriate care for their child, as per the Education department directive.
Further details about the start of preschool will be emailed to all current 2022 families after the 27th January

A family’s kindy tea towel is missing. We just wanted to check that nobody has an extra one they may have accidentally picked up. If so please let us know!

We have some lettuce from our veggie garden you are welcome to take home today and tomorrow. The children have been trying it today and think it’s delicious!

Our Christmas parties are tomorrow and Wednesday. If you can, please bring a plate of food to share. Either sweet or savoury, the choice is yours. 🙂
