It has come that time when we need to depart with our old school bus. This bus is a Mitsubishi ROSA 2001. It is a 4-cylinder turbo diesel engine and is a 3-speed automatic. The bus has been out of action for over 2 years. It was parked due to failing compliance checks due to its age, and legislation with transporting children. The bus ran prior to it being park however, has not been started or moved since this event. Since sitting this long there is evidence of rust around the back door and side door and some mould building on door trims etc. The buses internal condition is what you would expect to see for a 25 year old used school bus.

Inspections are welcomed however, appointments are needed. This is not an auction. It is a sale by tender. Therefore, any offer needs to be in writing and submitted to the principal email address, [email protected] Closing date for this tender process is the 1st May 2026.

This sale is “as is where is” and no responsibilities will be given regarding internal condition or running conditions, parts or body work. What you see you get! There are no warranties implied or given. The department reserves the right not to accept the tender.

He is the winner of the Naturally Brave's National Disaster Challenge.
Awesome design and he explained it really well to the judges.
It was great to see all the other designs. There was a lot of creativity in the room.

Gumlu students thank Merinda State School for the marvellous "THANK A FIRST RESPONDER" day. All kids and staff even blew zero when tested on the breathalyser.
