It was so nice to set up the space and to give an Egyptian Emotional Clearing Technique (EECT) session today. 🪶

I’ve had a break for many months, spending time at home by myself and with the family, without too many other commitments (aside from family stuff).
My garden is doing well.😊

However, today I was reminded what a beautiful thing it is to share this type of ceremonial, deeply honouring practice with others. During an EECT, time slows down, for both the giver and receiver.
I loved doing it again.

Our next Women’s Workshop is coming up.

Join us next Sunday, 30th April, for a deeply relaxing afternoon of mindful movement, embodied visualisation, connection with other women, yummy healthy food and more.

This month’s theme is Softening and Opening.

Using Feldenkrais movement, sound healing, breath and visualisation, you will be guided through 3 hours of specific practices to connect you with yourself in a gentle, loving way.❤️

Due to previous request, we will be incorporating more pelvic floor awareness this month too. A powerful exploration for women of all ages and stages of life!

Thank you for all of the birthday love and messages.🥰

🎉🎉 Lots to be grateful for.

My youngest son and I share palindromic numbers for a few months now- he’s 11, I’m 55. ❤️❤️😀 My boys keep me young!!😉

I had a quiet day for my birthday, and then finished with my Burlesque dance class!

I’m preparing for my return to the stage after many, many years (probably about 40)!! 😂 We’ll be doing a couple of shows at Home of The Arts (HOTA) so watch this space!! Lots of fun to be dancing again. 💃🕺

Feeling grateful for a beautiful women’s workshop on Sunday.❤️

Time for slowing down, tuning in and finding moments of deep peace and presence.

I’m proud of the way that and I combine our modalities and passions to offer workshops that are really unique and special.

Our intention is to provide a space for women to drop into themselves, recharge, shed the unwanted tension and bring more of their true selves into every day life.🥰

Hi friends,

I wanted to let you know about the women’s circles that I’m running. I know some of you were keen to attend last year but couldn’t get there.

Our first Women's Workshop for this year is coming up on Sunday Feb 26th, 1-4pm.

My colleague and friend, and I combine our skills and passion to create afternoons of deep relaxation; a space to drop in and leave the busy-ness behind, to deeply connect with your body and allow tension and stress to drop away.❤️ We’re so thrilled that the women who came along last year enjoyed the sessions so much, and gave us wonderful feedback.

Andrea is a Kinesiologist specialising in Acutonics Sound and energy healing. I am a Feldenkrais practitioner focusing on the embodiment practice of Awareness through Movement. (Plus we both bring other skills too.😉)

Combining our 2 methods in a sacred, gentle and loving space has been very popular and welcome over the past 6+mths.

If this calls to you and you’re looking for some time out to find a deeper sense of calm in your body, and warm connection with other women, we hope you’ll consider coming along.🥰

I am getting ready for an adventure. I’m about to attend a training I’ve been waiting a couple of years to attend (thanks to lockdowns). Finally it can go ahead and I’m packing ready to go. Yay!!

Once I’m back, I’ll be looking for some willing souls who’d like to experience a couple of hours of bliss on the table!🥰

Here’s a bit about what I’m doing:

Based on an ancient Egyptian ritual from the Temple of Isis for “cleansing of the spirit”, this beautiful, intuitive technique, known as the Egyptian Emotional Clearing Technique, is performed in silence and reverence.

The Technique incorporates a sacred anointing using 14 of Young Living’s therapeutic-grade essential oils, intertwined with subtle bodywork and loving ritual, in order to promote a deep and sacred state of connection in both the giver and the receiver.

Receiving the technique is like a profound inner vision quest, carrying the receiver wherever they need to go in order to reach clarity and understanding, and offering a powerful tool for their insight and transformation.

You can see why I’m excited😀… also staying in a beautiful location and learning new things always floats my boat!

Looking forward to revealing more (and taking bookings) on my return! ❤️😍

So grateful for our “low tox living” catch ups each month. Open to all who are seeking natural solutions and wanting to live a healthier life.

We chat about ways that we use Young Living essential oils and products in our everyday lives, and how we’re getting the harsh chemicals out of our homes, step by step. It’s a journey of coming back to a cleaner, simpler way of living. I love it!
