Our Mindroom community is sending love and strength to our wonderful alumna Ju, who recently underwent surgery here on the Gold Coast following a breast cancer diagnosis and is now focusing on her recovery.

Ju is a talented illustrator and designer whose creativity, warmth and kindness have touched so many people around her. Now, we’d love to surround her with that same support as she focuses on healing.

Our IT Careers in Australia: Recruitment, Pathways & Networking event brought together students, graduates and industry professionals for an evening of practical insights, real experiences and meaningful conversations about building a career in Australia’s tech industry.

A big thank you to our guest speakers and partners — Dean Ellis from Rec4Tech Top Tech Talent, Carllo Castriota from Bloom Migration, and Alannah Grech from ACS — for sharing their knowledge and perspectives with our students.

We also loved hearing from our guest panellists Ananya Kulshrestha, Nethumi Pereraand and Lays Rodrigues, who shared their experiences as international students and graduates building their careers in Australia. 🙌
