Vision Beyond Sight... Bashir (Baz) Youssef was born legally blind, but dont let that fool you, it doesn’t show when you meet him.
He leads a life of independence, living out his most meaningful dreams. For many years, he has been on a journey of constantly growing and evolving himself, while helping Inspire and Empower many along the way. He feels and believes that his so called ‘blindness’ or ‘disability' has been a gift, that has enabled him to discover abilities he may not have otherwise realised.

Our Story
Bashir was born legally blind, but it hasn’t stopped him from leading a life of independence, living out his most meaningful dreams.
For many years, he has been on a journey of constantly growing and evolving himself, while helping Inspire and Empower many along the way.
He feels and believes that his so called ‘blindness’ or ‘disability' has been a gift, which has enabled him to discover abilities he may not have otherwise realised.
‘Bashir', meaning “the one who brings good news”, has certainly lived up to his name, sharing his story, message and knowledge to thousands of people, within universities, corporate conferences and teams, industry association events and others. He also feels privileged and honoured to have helped entrepreneurs and business owners grow and evolve their greatest asset, themselves, enabling them to evolve and grow their businesses.
Aside from coaching and speaking, Bashir is also pursuing his love for music as Bashir Music (FB page @BashirMusicOfficial), cultivating his art as a Music Producer and Transformational Soundscape Facilitator at his Danceformation events (danceformationevent.com) and others. He also plays the Didgeridoo, Native American Medicine Drum and aspires to add more to his musical arsenal.
