Each month they detail what season we're in, retrogrades, moon cycles, eclipses, what to expect so that you can match your energy to the astrological energy. Working in this way has transformed how I work as I'm continuing my process this year of focusing more on BEING and less on DOING (as the doing is a natural byproduct of who you're being).

As I usually plan most of my daily appointments via my Google calendar, I decided to use mine this year in a different way and utilise it more of a daily vision board.

Each month they give you space to write your goals, action steps, and all the astrological transits for each day, so I write out my monthly, weekly and then daily visions, or I use the daily space to write my gratitude list for the day.

My affirmation game has been pretty simple lately. And there's a reason for that.
Scrolling through IG I see these long, lengthy declarations that are beautiful, but they're not quick or easy to repeat. You're halfway through and you forget what you're saying.
Sure it sounds good, but can you actually remember it? Does it form a clear picture or feeling when you say it?
Your subconscious thrives on CLEAR, POWERFUL language. No fluff. Don't need a billion adjectives. Don't need to be sitting on your meditation pillow chanting it for hours.
Keep it short, sweet, and to the point, and it'll be a LOT easier for you to remind yourself when you need a boost. These are my favourite at the moment. Save them if you love them too!

As we head into Aquarius season (my season!!) I think it's always a worthwhile time to take stock of your life and really examine where are you doing things because you think you HAVE to do them, and what do you actually want to do instead?
Where have you been sticking to the status quo because it feels like what's expected, or it feels easier to do what everyone else does?
This isn't a judgement, we all do this at times. But when you prioritise other people over being authentic to yourself, it wears away at you. And then it builds resentment. And feeling like you're just not really being yourself.
This Aquarius season? I urge you to think of something you've been doing which you no longer want to do, and ditch it. Your future self will thank you for it I promise!

We spend a lot of time running away from fear or things that make us uncomfortable, but this year I decided what happens if you run TOWARDS it instead?
Find what makes you uncomfortable and lean IN, cause that's where all the interesting info is.
Why am I afraid? What does this mean to me? What if that story wasn't true? Who would I be if I wasn't afraid of that?
Cause ultimately it's not what you do that's easy that is worth it, it's the things you do despite the fact you're afraid to do them that are the most rewarding!

Our soil has become depleted over the years so making sure you get your minerals in has become more important than ever, I've recently started using shilajit and I'm obsessed with it!

I spent a lot of time over the past year looking at what successful people do different than everyone else, and what looks like 'luck' on the outside sometimes is REALLY a willingness to fail and do it often.
Successful people are willing to just jump in there, action on their ideas quickly, know there will be a learning curve, know that they WILL probably mess it up at some point, and are willing to do it anyways.
While you were stuck hemming and hawing over a decision, afraid of what others would think, or scared to screw it up, they're already miles down the track and have learned from their experience.
No one is born knowing how to do anything. You have to learn it all. And at some point, some of us got scared to learn more. Scared of what it would mean if you didn't get it right.
You're way more capable than you think you are. Fortune favours the brave. Honestly, no one is probably paying attention to you as much as you think they are, so you should just go for it. You'll never be criticised by someone doing more than you.
That thing that you've been trying to decide in your head? You should just do it.

Often most ambitious entrepreneurs will fall on one side of the scale when it comes to operating their business: some like to hang out on the more energetic, others are deep into the strategy.
But the best success comes from when you can combine the two together. When your subconscious and conscious beliefs are in alignment, taking action feels easy. Being guided by your intuition feels easy. It all just seems to FLOW.
I'm not against hard work. I think sometimes concentrated action in a certain direction is necessary, and important. But working hard for the sake of working hard, if your subconscious beliefs aren't in alignment makes things way harder than it needs to be. It's like pushing a wheel up a hill.
Unconscious not in alignment with conscious goals = wheel up the hill.
Unconscious alignment paired with matching conscious goals = wheel down a hill

What do I need to heal in myself to attract XYZ.....
When you set a goal for something then repeatedly seem to keep falling short it's easy to start thinking that maybe you're not meant to have it, or there's something missing in you that others seem to have.
This leads to a lot of frustration and self doubt. I think we can all relate. I know when I was building my photography business thoughts like this plagued me ALL THE TIME.
Like why is it easier for that other person?
What am I missing?
Is this really what I'm supposed to be doing?
So I get it. And there's a fine balance between being patient on the route to manifesting what you want, divine timing, and getting in your own way on account of your beliefs.
But when you've done some digging and you feel like the thing really getting in the way of your goals, is well, you, take stock of what you assume about the situation.
Is this assumption 100%, unequivocally true? All of the time?
Who would you be WITHOUT this assumption?
