How the heck do small business owners do it?
Seriously — I can negotiate because of what I do for a living. I understand the motivators of CEOs, CFOs, landlords, decision-makers — I speak their language. But most small business owners? They’re out here negotiating leases, managing staff, chasing invoices, paying bills, marketing their business — and half the time, they’re learning it all on the fly.
No board. No legal team. No one telling them if the deal they just signed was a win or a warning sign.
It’s wild when you think about it — the resilience, the pressure, the sheer grit it takes to keep showing up.
Glow Out Loud
Glow Out Loud, is a movement to create a greater economy of thriving women.
The mission of the organisation is to provide opportunities for all women by empowering them with resources, information, tools and community; all while having fun!
Stop arguing with people who don’t even understand themselves.
How are they gonna understand you when they’re still battling their own reflection?
You’ll end up drained, explaining the obvious to someone who can’t even be honest with their own truth.
Not everyone deserves your energy. Not every opinion needs a rebuttal.
Silence is louder than any comeback when you know your worth.
Let them wrestle with their mirror. You? Keep moving.
Gratitude is the quiet engine of abundance.
It’s not about ticking boxes or forcing yourself to smile when you don’t feel like it. It’s about softening your heart enough to notice the good already here.
If your gratitude isn’t glowing, your abundance won’t be showing.
It’s not magic, it’s alignment.
The energy you hold becomes the energy that multiplies. A grateful spirit doesn’t chase; it attracts. It doesn’t clench; it receives.
So pause. Breathe. Whisper thanks for what you already have, however small. That simple shift can open the floodgates you’ve been waiting for.
Abundance begins where gratitude lives.
Privacy doesn’t mean you’re small.
• Abundant people do celebrate their success — but they choose who they celebrate with.
• Sharing everything with everyone isn’t abundance, it’s exposure.
• Real power is knowing when to shine publicly and when to enjoy your wins privately.
Privacy = protection. Abundance = overflow.
You can have both at the same time.
You’re not seeing people as they are—you’re seeing the version of them that you created.
Your boss? Your bestie? Your partner? They all exist in a thousand different forms depending on who’s looking.
So when someone misunderstands you, remember—that’s just their version, not your truth. And when you judge someone else, pause. You’re only seeing them through your lens.
The real flex? Choosing the lens you look through.
Your inner circle? That’s VIP only. No freebies, no energy leeches, no explanations. Just people who show up, lift you, and make your life feel like oxygen instead of chaos.
I’ve got my family of three. Tiny squad, infinite love, zero nonsense. That’s my peace, my joy, my home—served on a platinum platter.
Your inner circle isn’t a hobby. It’s your superpower. Guard it. Celebrate it. And for heaven’s sake, don’t let anyone bankrupt it with their drama. 💯
Purpose + motivation = opportunities
