I’ve been off the grid so I haven’t posted for a while. During my time off I re-evaluated what my life purpose was and what direction I wanted to take my life coaching career. I have redefined my target audience and want to really utilize my skills, experience and knowledge to help them make a difference in this world. Because I know that my life purpose is to make a difference in their lives so together we can all make this world a better place❤️

The world as we know it is shifting to a new paradigm. During the pandemic in 2020, we were forced to adjust to a new way of living. It was a time for reflection and many of us came to realise that the things we once thought were important, no longer served us. Our lives changed pace and we were able to stop and smell the roses, appreciating all the wonderfulness we had in our lives. It was a time of uncertainty and still is, but it needed to happen.

During this time, I noticed an enormous shift in mindset. The masses started to re-evaluate their lives, especially their careers. During isolation, many either lost their jobs or began to question their current 9-5. It was the gentle push they needed to get out of their comfort zone, take a leap of faith and try something different. They began to realise that life was too short to be stuck in a job that no longer fulfilled them.........click on link below to read more.

If you’re looking for a self-help book with a difference, I highly recommend this one. You’ll laugh, you’ll have some ahh ha moments and you’ll learn a lot about yourself. Pick it apart, take what resonates with you and leave the rest. Above all, keep an open mind and start living the life you were meant for!

This was my lunch today; Pear, Blue Cheese and Prosciutto Pizza on my homemade low carb base. Absolutely delish!
Low carb base:
3/4 cup of almond meal
1 3/4 cup of Mozzarella cheese shredded
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 egg
Sprinkle of dried Rosemary, Basil or any herb you like.
Place cheese, almond meal and cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for 1 min.
Take out and stir. Microwave for a further 30 mins.
Add egg and sprinkle with herbs and/or salt and pepper to taste. Mix together.
Line a pizza tray with baking paper. Place mixture in the middle then cover with another sheet of baking paper. Shape into place with your fingers.
Pierce all over with a fork then bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 15 mins or until browned.
Take out of oven and top with your fave toppings then put back in oven for another 10-15 mins. Enjoy!

2020 has been an interesting year to say the least. There has been a huge shift in the world. Many of us have “awakened” and are beginning to re-evaluate how we’ve been living our lives. We’re starting to see things from a different perspective.
You may have been thinking about making some changes in your life but your fear is standing in the way of you moving forward. It’s easier to stay where it’s comfortable but stepping out of your comfort zone, will ensure your growth.
If you’re thinking, yeah this sounds like me, then this is your sign from the universe to listen to your intuition and take that leap of faith! Have courage and believe in yourself!!! Now is the time 💗

Another day enjoying a yummy Spring smoothie. Enjoying the fresh in season strawberries 🍓
Today I used Coconut Water, Cucumber, Frozen Mangoes, Frozen Blueberries, Fresh Strawberries and my trusty favorite Wheatgrass carrot and beetroot superfood concentrate.
Super healthy and soo yummy. I love using cucumber as it gives such a fresh taste. I also love combining fresh and frozen fruits as it makes a great chilled smoothie. Soo refreshing!!
