New shirts from the Kerr Camp! Something a little different this time. Connecting with people, especially at Salt, it’s clear that life can kick you on your ass, and every human wants to be seen, heard, and told that they still have hope as long as they fight for it. A lot of the time, we find strength as a physical trait, and while that's important, it all starts with your mindset. Hopefully, these shirts can give someone that little bit of fight when they need it the most.

When it feels scary to jump, that is exactly when you jump. Otherwise, you end up staying in the same place your whole life.

I am glad to be a part of these transformations. It's a privilege to coach these beautiful humans and how grateful I am. 🙏

The last few months of work, swipe to end to see a big stretch. Sometimes, I still need to pinch myself for how happy and stoked I am with my life currently.

You have the power to change your life ✨️

2023.... What a year.✨️

From competing, learning, and growing on my business and asking the love of my life to marry me.

The number of people I've worked with I am so thankful for their trust in me to get them the results and help needed to achieve their desired outcomes.

What else could I ask for? It will be hard to top that, I guess. I'll just keep on striving to be the best i can be, but do it even better 💪

You love to see it! 🫡💥
hencz came to me just over a year ago very interested in muay thai with the idea of eventually fighting.

Now, the number of times I hear this but for it to never quite come to fruition would amaze you.

But Luke isn't like the rest. I won't lie, when he came to me he wasn't in the best head space and he won't mind me saying this as he is as real as it comes.

I could tell he was searching for something a passion to fill the gap, and that hole was muay thai.

He went head first into training, never missed a session, eventually moved into classes, and then moved to Adelaide a few months ago.

This is where he instantly picked it up again after moving and had his first fight over the weekend.

Huge props to this man the respect I have for him to turn his life around, learn muay thai, move states change jobs and still smile at the end of each day what an inspiration.

I am lucky to be part of that journey and so happy that I was able to spark your love for muay thai.

Thank you!

Witnessing the remarkable progress of my clients is truly rewarding. I take pride in seeing them thrive, overcoming their hurdles and achieving their goals.

The past 8 months have been a massive growth phase for myself, and I am continuing to learn and absorb as much as I can as a coach.

Rather than devaluing my services with an end-of-financial-year sale, I am more than happy to book a consultation to discuss your aspirations and challenges. Together, we can embark on a simplified journey tailored to your goals.

Feel free to send a message, and we can look at the best possible path moving forward. ✨️

This one gets shared alot but for good reason.

Especially if your goal is weightloss little things like oil, sauces and toppings add up really damn quick.

They're not inherently bad they should simple be taken in moderation as their calorie to volume ratio is almost non-existent.

And if I'm trying to lose weight and someone puts these two items in front of me, i know which one I'm choosing everytime.😅

Hope this post helped you!
