Ladies, I'm just back from hosting a retreat during the lions gate portal and wow what a spectacular retreat it was! I have another special retreat to share aligning with the Spring Equinox. A magical journey through the forest and our inner worlds connecting over hiking, sunrise yoga and fire ceremony. Come as you are, leave with a new spark for life, a bunch of new friends who get YOU and a deeper connection with nature. The retreat is 1.5hrs from Brissie and 1hr from Gold Coast. Most women who attend are 40s-60s years young but all nature loving women are welcome. Come explore the magic of the forest with us on 18-20 September.

🌿 Sunday 26th July — Hiking & Yoga Mini Retreat
The weather is looking amazing for this weekend! Who’s joining me for our Hiking & Yoga Mini Retreat?
We’re heading to Purling Brook Falls for a beautiful walk, followed by yoga, oracle cards, hot drinks and chats together afterwards.
This is always such a special little Nature Ritual experience- a chance to move your body, connect with nature and meet some beautiful women along the way.
We start early to beat the crowds (because this is one of the Gold Coast’s most popular walks!). There are still a few places available if you’d love to join us.
