A real pleasure to meet you and Judy and a special thank you for an outstanding evening.
Everyone commented on the excellent dishes you provided, with fresh produce and great flavours. We really enjoyed the results of your talent in the kitchen.
And it was great to have Judy there assisting you and serving. We were impressed with her sense of humour and her professionalism.

My sincere thanks once again for a memorable, enjoyable evening. And thank you so much for your attention to detail with every dish.

Exciting day today getting the photos done for the web page for the new business Elitemealz which will be launching in October. Bonnie Hancock, a dietician and athlete and myself will be supplying healthy, nutritious home cooked meals to busy people on a weekly basis. As soon as the new web page is ready I will post it on here. Watch this space.

I've been a bit busy the last few weeks being a builders labour for my son finishing his house so I've been a bit slack posting photos. A bit of a collage here of the past few weeks including a cocktail party for 70 people a romantic dinner party for two and last night a sit down dinner for 18.

How I spent my Easter, Catering for a dinner for 25 people. Fresh prawns from the trawlers this morning, macadamia chicken, calamari, oysters, fresh fish, stuffed mushrooms, fresh garlic prawns, rice paper rolls, San chow bow and chicken tagine. Time for some Easter eggs.

Yesterday's lunch cocktail party for a 60th birthday. My 3rd event for this family. The stand out was my baked cheesecake apparently that I didn't get a photo of unfortunately or the mini mud cakes. A great day enjoyed by everyone followed up by the Luke Harrop tri today. Time for a wine.

A lovely dinner party last night celebrating an 80 birthday . The family staying in an Elite home on the main river in Surfers Paradise. Judy serving food and wine so they could all sit and enjoy.

A couple of dishes from Saturday nights 40 th birthday cocktail party. Sophie was very happy to be able to party on rather than be in the kitchen as her comments show.

A vegetarian dinner party for 10 ladies celebrating a 60th birthday last Friday night. A good time had by all with a few bottles of Moët to wash it all down with.
