What if making mistakes is part of becoming fluent in English?
At some point, anyone who learns English faces the same dilemma: should I focus on fluency or accuracy?
When you focus on fluency, mistakes may happen more often. When you focus on accuracy, speaking may feel less natural.
That doesn't mean mistakes are always a bad thing. The real question is what happens next. Do you keep making the same mistakes, or do you learn something from them?
Fluency grows when you use the language. Accuracy improves when you recognise mistakes and work on them. This is why regular practice is important. Speaking gives you the opportunity to become more fluent, while feedback helps you become more accurate.
Both matter. They just don't always develop at the same speed.
