Meet Scott (aka Shotzy)👊🏻

If you’ve been around JPC for a while, chances are you’ve crossed paths with Scott. After 17 years working at JPC, Scott has worked his way from Print Production & CNC Operator to become one of our Estimator and Customer Service Representatives. He’s become part of the furniture… just better with coffee and has a serious chocolate habit 🍫

When he’s not keeping projects on track, you’ll find him on his mountain bike, cooking up something impressive, or planning his dream trip to Whistler, Canada. Fun fact? He once rode the 1,000km Mawson Trail 🚲 unsupported, proving he’s just as tough outside of work as he is in production.

A Nirvana fan and love to binge watch great shows like Breaking Bad. Scott believes the best advice in life is simple: treat everyone with respect. He’s always early, always reliable, and if there’s chocolate 🍫 in the lunchroom… you’d better be quick.

Meet Stacey (aka Stakka) 🩷

If you hear someone delivering a perfectly timed sarcastic comment while keeping customers smiling, chances are you’ve just met Stakka. For the past 15 months, Stacey is one of our Estimator & Customer Service Representatives. Who is fuelled by coffee, powered by passion, and backed by a team she genuinely loves.

A self confessed night owl, beach lover and Leo’s Pizza enthusiast, Stacey is all about family, fast cars and making the most of life. She’d love to predict the lotto numbers…who wouldn’t? Dreams of exploring Costa Rica, and admits she’d probably pass out before celebrating a $10 million win.

Stacey’s quick wit comes with a big heart. Living with Type 1 diabetes has made her resilient, while her life motto is “Manners are free,” says everything you need to know about her. Whether she’s laughing with her kids, sneaking a Krispy Kreme Strawberry Truffle doughnut, or singing Don’t Worry, Be Happy, Stacey keeps things real and always brings plenty of personality to Team JPC 💜💛🧡

Meet Ahn – The Numbers Ninja 📊

For the past 15 years, Ahn has been quietly keeping the books balanced and the wheels turning at JPC. As our Bookkeeper, she’s proof that behind every successful team is someone who knows exactly where every dollar belongs, without breaking a sweat.

Ahn starts the day with coffee and tea…why choose just one?Prefer winter mornings, and is happiest with a plate of fish and chips and something salty and crunchy close by. When it’s time to switch off, she enjoys a nice relaxing bath, watching YouTube, or dreaming about travelling around the world.

If she won $10 million, her first thought wouldn’t be shopping, it would be sharing it with others, which tells you everything you need to know about her. She’d also happily take unlimited coffee, have unlimited holidays, choose the ability to fly, and if given the choice, she’d definitely take a rewind button.

Friendly, dependable, and always keeping us on track, Ahn is one of the steady hands that has helped make JPC what it is today. We’re lucky to have her to keep the books in check 📚📝✏️

You can’t stop the talk around the office about just how great our JPC 50th Birthday Dinner was! 🥳🎉

Great food, plenty of laughs, great memories made, a few drinks 🍻 and most importantly, the chance to celebrate 50 incredible years with the people who make JPC what it is. 💜🧡

Safe to say… this one will be talked about for a while! 😂

Meet Cam 👋

Quiet, calm and kind… until you ask him about photography 📸woodworking or the best Chinese takeaway in town.

Cam has been part of the JPC crew for 10 months working in Print Production and on the CNC Cutter. Where he keeps things running smoothly and enjoys the happy, healthy workplace just as much as the people in it. A self confessed night owl, you’ll usually find him fuelled by coffee, dreaming of Norway’s fjords, or planning his next bush escape.

Outside of work, Cam enjoys building things, gardening and binge watching Vikings on Netflix. If he suddenly came into $10 million, his first stop would be helping his parents, that’s a pretty good clue about the kind of person he is.

His ideal superpower? Teleportation, because traffic is overrated. His favourite pizza comes with pineapple… controversial we know! Dark chocolate always wins, and if Rage Against the Machine or Polyphia is playing, he’ll happily turn it up 🎶

Calm, dependable and quietly creative. Cam is proof that you don’t have to be the loudest person in the room to make a big impact.

Meet Debbie (aka Debo) 👋

If JPC had a heartbeat, there’s a good chance Debbie would be keeping it in rhythm. After 32 years working at JPC, starting out in Administration and she has made her way up ladder to Production Manager. Debbie has just seen about everything and somehow still turns up early with an energy drink in hand and a smile on her face.

Debbie is all about people, family and getting the job done. Loyal, hardworking and family oriented, she’s happiest spending time with her husband, boys and soaking up the sunshine over a long lunch. Her dream? A beachside home, unlimited holidays and finally cracking the secret to winning Lotto!

When she’s not making production run like clockwork, you’ll find her cheering on the footy, belting out The Killers or Grinspoon, binge watching Friends or Modern Family, and ordering Chinese takeaway. Just don’t put pineapple on her pizza!

Her life motto? Treat others how you’d like to be treated. After more than three decades at JPC, we’d say she’s lived by that every single day. 💜💛🧡

Meet Kyle 👋

If you’ve ever wondered who’s behind the flawless finishes, slick installs and vehicle wraps at JPC, chances are you’ve already met Kyle. After 21 years with the team, he’s seen it all and still enjoys the variety that every day brings.

Kyle describes himself as honest, hardworking… and tired, which is probably what happens after two decades of making things look perfect. When he’s not at work, you’ll usually find him kayaking, camping or chilling out. Unless he’s busy scaring his wife for a laugh 😂

An advanced diver with dreams of the Maldives, Kyle reckons if he ever won $10 million, he’d be on the first flight out. His ultimate superpower? Becoming an expert at picking lottery numbers.

Fuelled by coffee ☕️ Muesli bars and the occasional Thai takeaway. Kyle is an early bird who loves the bush, dark chocolate and believes the best advice is simple: “If you don’t ask, you don’t get.” And if you hear Cypress Hill playing in the background… you’ll know Kyle’s nearby. 🎵
