Adventist Students on Campus (ASOC) is a Christian student club that aims to support and encourage our members to achieve excellence throughout their university years. We believe in helping students achieve success and fulfilment in all areas of life, including academic, physical, mental, social and spiritual areas. This club will give you the opportunity to meet other students and make friends wi

th others studying different courses across the university. What do we do and what do we offer? O-Week
- Come visit us during O-Week (Orientation Week) at our booth to find out about the club and grab some goodies! Friday Night Care Group
- Come to our weekly Friday night gatherings to socialise, make friends, eat delicious meals and study the bible. Social Events
- We offer a range of different social events to cater to all of your interests! Hiking, camping, rock climbing, barbecues, cooking classes, games nights and sport nights are just some of the many events we hold throughout the year that are a great way to have fun and make friends! Workshops
- We hold a number of workshops to help you achieve excellence in your studies and future career; entrepreneurial workshops, leadership workshops, wellbeing workshops and more! Volunteering
- Do you have a passion for mission and outreach? We offer volunteer opportunities for those whose passion is serving others and making a difference. ASOC has branches in universities in different states of Australia, including Monash University, the University of Melbourne, the University of Newcastle and Macquarie University.

Meet our speaker for The Next Chapter - Derick Qoriniyasi

Derick Qoriniyasi is an International Speaker experienced in pastoral work and counselling. He is passionate about helping young people to find the meaning of life.

After 26 years of searching for purpose in all the wrong places, Derick experienced a turning point in 2007 that reshaped the direction of his life. Since then, he has cultivated his rare ability to connect with young people to engage across a wide range of industries and community spaces to help many youth to find clarity and direction in life.

Meet our speaker for Health Nuggets - Christina Chen

Christina Chen is a third-year medical student at Monash University with a passion for health ministry and medical missions. Having participated in missionary outreach trips, she is eager to share the gospel through the ministry of healing and believes that physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing are deeply connected. Inspired by the NEWSTART principles, Christina enjoys helping others discover practical ways to live healthier lives while drawing closer to God.

ASOC at Easter Camp

Our theme for this camp was Illumin8 and I can tell you for free that we had an absolutely illumin8ing experience at Easter Camp. So many fun activities, fun personalities, a lot of good food, nature and time to reflect on the goodness of God and fellowship with other people. We sealed it off with a farewell dinner for our speaker all the way from Brisbane! Thank you to all those who came. We can’t wait to see you all next year. A small group of Gateway Adventist teens is going to a small village in Siquijor, Philippines to conduct a mini evangelism series for fellow teens and children. This 2-week adventure will include numerous children's programs. The teens are raising much-needed funds to support this adventure and are inviting you to an afternoon to hear more about the trip.
The contributions will be used to support the local church and community initiatives in the region we will be visiting.
