A Big Thank You to Glebe Treehouse 💛❤️🖤

Glebe NAIDOC would like to give a massive shout out to Glebe Treehouse for once again delivering an incredible Glebe NAIDOC Community Day 2025 💙💚🤍!

Your ongoing dedication, hard work, and heart are the reason this day continues to be one of the most special events in our community. Year after year, you show up with strength, vision, and deep care for our mob – and it truly shows in every detail.

This year’s theme, “The Next Generation – Strength, Vision & Legacy,” came to life through the day you helped create – from Elders lighting the fire, to babies playing on the grass, to our young people taking the stage. You reminded us why Glebe is home to one of the strongest and deadliest communities around.

Thank you, Glebe Treehouse, for walking with us and helping keep culture strong and community connected.

We see you, we appreciate you, and we’re so grateful for all that you do.

🎶 LIVE AT GLEBE NAIDOC 2025 – KERRIE-ANNE, KYLIE & JANELLE 🎶
Proud Wiradjuri women from Cowra, now living and singing on Bundjalung Country, this mother-and-daughter trio is bringing grassroots soul to the Glebe NAIDOC stage. 💛🔥

Kerrie-Anne, her sister Kylie, and their mum Janelle don’t need a big stage or fancy lights — their music is real, raw and full of heart. Born from backyard jam sessions, fire circles and community gatherings, their songs carry stories of love, truth, laughter and resilience.

They’ve shared their voices at NAIDOC events, Rock Against Racism, and as part of Backyard Sessions, a community festival they help run that uplifts emerging Blak artists and celebrates culture through music.
