I am considering teaching music again and at this stage I will only look to be taking a few students..........................................................................................................................
A bit about me (if you didn't know):
I'm a musician and retired music teacher. I've been a professional performer, a soloist, busker, wedding singer, lead singer in groups and played in bands. I've done acting and TV and radio voiceovers. So I've got lots of performance skills π You never really stop performing π Well.....I don't π
I'm a bit of a clown, I'm a groovy Nanna and I love music, my family and I love to laugh..............................................................................................................................
I'm wondering if this would be something anyone would be interested in if I resumed teaching, just as a hobby.
I'd be looking at one on one lessons in voice and beginners acoustic guitar only. As part of the lessons, students would also learn basic music theory and how to read music.
If you're wanting to be a contestant on Australian Idol, I am not the teacher for you, there are other music schools out there with all the tech if that's what you want π I'm old school.
If there is enough interest, possibly small group classes.
I am located Caloundra end of Coast.
Let me know your thoughts before I make a decision?
