We are so lucky to have so many wonderful organisations supporting our young people here in Geraldton, and even luckier that we get to collaborate with them 🌟

Our friends at Desert Blue Connect are always such a joy to work with and our SHINE and Shimmer girls are always so engaged during these sessions 💓

💖✨ Today we had a fantastic session with the Shine Today girls discussing our relationships and what matters most. We unpacked social norms, talked about boundaries, and how essential it is to feel safe and respected.

To wrap up, everyone created a custom bracelet identifying specific relationship qualities that matter most to them personally. There was amazing energy from all involved!

Our SHINE team are proud of our daily steps towards reconciliation. We are loudly and proudly committed to be 'All In' every day. As the song goes "from little things, big things grow" 🎶

We are very inspired by the conversations our young people have about Reconciliation and we are always humbled by the strength and curiosity of our SHINE and Shimmer girls across the Mid West.

We are so very proud to take part in such a visual and impactful show of support of Reconciliation.

A very timely day for our "What You Didn't Consider" cards to arrive 👌
SHINE will be using these cards to "lean in with curiosity" to ensure we are doing our best to create a place of cultural safety for our staff, students and visitors ✨️
