It was wonderful to have the official opening of our new Art Building and alfresco area last Thursday evening at the College. Art teachers Mrs Helen Ferguson and Mrs Annalise Edwards are excited to have a brand new classroom space adjacent to the original art classroom, and a covered area that will also be useful for students in all weather conditions. Thanks to Dr Khim Harris, Board Chair, and Principal Mr Gavin Hirschhausen for officially opening this revitalised space, and to the families who attended. Year 11 student Noah Avard provided musical entertainment on the evening, and it was wonderful to be able to see student art on display also.
