First Friday class done! Yesterday we worked through sparring drills and katas, it was great to see everyone 🙂

Classes start again this Wednesday night 10 Jan… Juniors at 6, Seniors at 6:45pm
First training session for 2024 starts next week on Jan 10… Looking forward to catching up with everyone!!
