Winter markets! The weather is crisp, the produce is CRISPER!
Kicking off our weekend at which is always a treat, followed by Williamstown on Sunday (when the weather is forecast to be absolutely perfect).

Our coconut Dahl is such a winner for those nights when you’ve run out of energy and ideas, but really want something flavourful and nourishing.
Let me walk you through how to prepare it:
1. Scoop out your portion (serving quantities are listed on the bag, no need to guess how much per person) and pop it in a pot.
2. Add water for your serving.
3. Simmer for 20 minutes on a low heat, stirring regularly.
4. Serve! It’s that simple. We added some of our Peach Chilli Sauce, a few fried curry leaves and a dollop of Greek yoghurt but truly, you can just enjoy it as is. The flavours are balanced, it’s creamy and even fussy kids come back for more.
