Quick meals and amazing sauces

This weekend we are gonna be at the gorgeous The Lost Woods - Makers Market on Saturday and Regional Farmers Markets Williamstown on Sunday. We have all the right ingredients to make sure your tummy is feeling warm and your food is perfectly spiced 🙂↕️🌶️ 🍯
A simple omelette, but elevated.
We used:
Potatoes (KERRI & CATHERINE | FARM FRESH SEASONAL POTATO SUPPLIERS are our fav) boiled and cubed
Ghee by Himalayan Bliss
Fetta chunks from Yarra Valley Dairy
Two eggs beaten
and of course, two teaspoons of our Mexican Chipotle Sauce.
Just fry the cooked potato pieces in ghee (crispy, rich and flavourful already!!) add the Chipotle Sauce, Fetta and finally the eggs. Cook for two minutes on one side, flip and cook for another minute on the other side.
Serve with some fresh greens.
