💚 We're looking for the next home for Balance Equine... and we're hoping our community can help. 🐴
After more than 10 wonderful years at our current home, we're looking for the next chapter for Balance Equine.
As a local high school Agriculture teacher, and now in the final semester of my Bachelor of Equine Science, I feel incredibly grateful to have spent the past decade supporting so many children, adults and families across our community.
Balance Equine has always been about much more than riding lessons. Through our riding school and equine-assisted wellbeing services, we've created a place where people build confidence, develop life skills, connect with horses and nature, and experience the many benefits that horses can bring in a safe, welcoming and supportive environment. My hope is to continue offering these opportunities to local families for many years to come.
We're now searching for the next place to call home and would love to hear from anyone who may have something suitable.
Ideally, we're looking for:
🐴 An arena (essential)
🐴 Stables and/or shelters
🐴 A round yard (preferred)
🐴 Sheds for storage
🐴 Space for our small herd of quiet, well-mannered horses
A small manager's studio or a two-bedroom house or cottage would be wonderful, but it isn't essential. If you have suitable horse facilities without accommodation, we'd still love to hear from you.

Perhaps your horse facilities are no longer being used, you're planning your next move, or you've considered selling but would prefer to lease your property to reliable long-term tenants while keeping your future options open.
We're ideally seeking a long-term home and are open to discussing a range of arrangements, including a long-term lease, shared use of facilities, or even a lease with an option to purchase if it suited both parties.
We're not just looking for a property—we're looking for a place where we can continue building a positive, supportive community around horses.
