Huge thanks to federal Julian Hill MP for getting it done - but should it be that hard to come here as a tourist from USA? We need to support tourist industry and small businesses - not letting anyone in even for a short holiday can’t be helping our economy?

Perhaps hope isn’t naive. Perhaps it’s a choice. ❤️

Dad’s cancer diagnosis has made me think a lot lately about time, family, service - and what we choose to do with the life we’re given.

We can complain about what’s wrong.
We can wait for somebody else to fix it.
Or we can choose to contribute.

Keep building when others are tearing down.
Serve rather than simply complain.
Believe tomorrow can still be better than today.

Our latest Truth Be Told is probably one of the most personal pieces Dad and I have written.

There’s cancer. Family. Sikh values. 2,000+ young people reminding us what belonging means…

There have been scans, specialists, appointments, conversations about treatment and moments when the enormity of what lies ahead suddenly becomes very real. But...

Teach how to think rather than what to think…

Last week the latest NAPLAN results were released. The headlines were predictable. Two-thirds of Australian students met the national benchmark. One-third did not. Immediately the debate began. More funding. More teachers. More tutoring. More testing. Truth be told... I think we're asking the wrong....

Great day MC’ing today at the E-Girl Empowerment Market at Lynbrook community Center today. Thank you to all the volunteers and amazing stall holders. It was an honour and privilege to be there amongst Julian Hill MP, Mayor, Cr Stefan Koomen JP - City of Casey, Cr Michelle Crowther, Cr Shane Taylor for City of Casey - Kowan Ward, Phillip Pease - Liberal for South Eastern Metropolitan Region & Norliah Peterson - Liberal for Narre Warren South
