Celebrating 10 years of Salty Fit the baby addition //Salty Fit future clients 🫶🏼 Pilates can be saving grace for pre/postnatal mums. Taking the focus to their breathe & alignment and creating focused movement, helps mums gain control over their bodies after what can be a massive change. We also love seeing the cute little squishy faces come in the studio too!! 🥹 We now provide a bumbs & bubs reformer pilates. This class is perfect for expecting mums and postnatal bodies. Have you tried our bubs & bumps class?

5 years ago Salty Fit found an indoor space! Still running classes outdoors of course. This was a dream come true. So much yet to learn about running a business, I definitely made my fair share of mistakes and bad decisions. I look back now and think how far I’ve come as a business owner and thankful for everyone along the way who helped shape Salty Fit into what it is today! All my savings gone, not a business plan in place and more of a figure it out as we go, opening up without the finishing touches, and a little bit of burn out. I miss this space somedays, the natural light and big space for mat pilates, and thankful for the time spent teaching in it 💙

10 YEARS OF SALTY FIT 💙
Outdoor boot camp, pilates, boxing sessions for high school crew & Swans Veterinary Services team bonding Bootcamps were some special times. Now having a studio space unfortunately I don’t make my way around town providing sessions before school or after work. It’s all very special to me, meeting people of all ages, learning how to train different bodies, understanding that more isn’t always best. I hope I have made a difference in people’s life ☺️ Please leave a little comment below of your time with us during an outdoor session! OHHHH and the epic sunrise and sunsets will never be forgotten!
