Eight already? It feels like yesterday I wished you would grow up and now you’re stepping into eight with that unstoppable spark. You’re the girl who lights up every room, cheeky smiles, fearless hello, and a voice that’s never afraid to be heard. Your energy is wild and wonderful, and you wear your heart on your sleeve with more sparkle than any dress could hold.
Looking back at photos from the year, my camera roll is a collage of your joy: peace signs, cuddles that melt hearts, and you in the foreground of life, shouting “watch me!” as you dance, sing, and cartwheel through the day. You’ve kept us on our toes, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
You’re a mix of kindness and attitude soft when you need to be, bold when you want to be, stubborn in the most endearing way, and endlessly curious about the world. You say hello first, you spark smiles, you challenge the norm, make us eye roll and you do it all with your own unique style sparkly dresses, being a fashion Gurl, and a “my way or the highway” confidence that’s utterly you.
As you turn eight, I hope you keep every glorious part of you: your generous heart, your fearless voice, your dazzling energy, and that magical ability to turn ordinary moments into memories. I still can’t believe it! I built this business from the ground up, teaching myself every single step along the way. So many pinch me moments, watching more and more families bring their health into the Low Tox world and into their homes. It’s absolutely brilliant to see this growing community rallying around healthier living.
Some days are tough, and showing up consistently isn’t always easy, but I’m always here, grinding behind the scenes and making progress.

It can be an art that takes time and patience which many do not have when shopping in a busy store with grumpy children!
Here are some helpful tips when navigating not just food, but personal care and cleaning labels.
If the ingredients list isn’t even on there, don’t buy it, not until you can find out exactly what is inside.
