OMG Poppy Bubbles! We welcomed Cerrie from Roving Mad Entertainment back for her Pop, Bubble Burst show at the centre yesterday . the children loved this because who doesn't love bubbles . the children watched her circus skills and got to interact and play with all the bubble apparatus. So much fun as you can see 😃😃😃😃

Today we had the pleasure of having Nanna Lee-Anne Taylor , Adrienne Ryan and her daughters come and perform dances, tell stories and make some beautiful headbands with us to close out our NAIDOC activities . What a wonderful incursion this was the children were very engaged and loved interacting with the ladies . Thank you to Leanne and Adrienne and our wonderful dancers for this beautiful day 🖤💛❤️

Today was a very special day for our vac care children, we got to visit the lovely elders at Blake house . We did some colouring and chatted while they had a cup of tea. We took them some yummy shortbread biccies and got to visit their resident chickens. All of the children came back saying they had a lot of fun and loved meeting the lovely elders . The staff of Blake House were amazing and so accommodating , we will plan for more visits in the near future . Photos have been edited to protect the privacy of the residents of Blake House 😎

Today was an extra Vac Care Day due to the pupil free day at school. We set up activities for the children that challenged their creativity and problem solving as well as their patience and determination. We created amazing artworks , and mushroom creations, played with playdough and giant games, watched a beautiful Rainbow emerge and dug for dinosaur fossils.
It was a great day with a great group of children who I can see are all growing up and maturing through their school journey.

Today our Toddlers went on an excursion to the Main Street of Dongara
They visited our local Dongara IGA to buy some yummy fruit, the Op shop to get some cute handbags for their room and Sunset Takeaway Diner & Rosie's Chicken Dongara for a yummy treat.
After a play in the Town park playground the children returned for lunch and a big Nap 😴 The children were amazing and received a lot of lovely comments from the community while they were out and about🥰
