Fun Power Dance Therapy is a unique feel-good experience where movement, music, fitness, and connection come together.

Get ready to sweat, laugh, let loose, and recharge your energy through a variety of fun and uplifting activities. Every week is different! One week you might be dancing with your eyes closed to connect with yourself, another week moving with fans and props, sharing joyful partner exercises, enjoying laughter dance sessions, or simply losing yourself in the music through freestyle movement.

With an energetic playlist, easy-to-follow moves, and a welcoming atmosphere, this class is all about self-expression, confidence, and having fun without judgment or pressure.

Come as you are, move your body, free your mind, and leave feeling stronger, happier, and empowered. No dance experience needed, EVERYONE is welcome! ❤️🔥✨

More than just a dance class, Beats & Empower is a unique experience that combines learning hip hop and reggaeton choreography with a powerful dance therapy session designed to help you let go, reconnect with yourself, and have fun.

You’ll learn grooves, technique, and choreography in a supportive environment, then finish with movement that encourages self-expression, confidence, joy, and stress release.

No dance experience is needed, this class is for everybody. Whether you’re a beginner, returning to dance, or simply looking for a positive outlet, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are 🥰
