At last night's meeting it was discussed about where and how the Meeting Minutes will be distributed in the future.

We, as the P&F have decided that they will be attached to the School Newsletter which goes out each fortnight to families.

We will endevour to have it out once written, asap. This way there is no privacy breeching and only the family communities have access.

Dear Parents and the Community

We are aware of the frustrations that everyone is experiencing at the entry and exits of the school primarily at the Hughes Road E/Old Gympie Road intersection and the Daycare.

This item was heavily discussed at the last P&F meeting between the school and concerned parents of the school.

With this in mind we are asking for some evidence of accidents, congestion, inappropriate behaviour, road rage or any other information through to the P&F at
