Students who train at Kinetic Martial Arts can expect to develop into well rounded martial artists with extensive technical repertoires. All whilst developing strength, fitness and flexibility of both their minds and their bodies. Building real confidence, self-defen

ce skills, discipline, and behaviour along the way. Our classes are structured to give beginners the maximum rate of improvement in the minimum amount of time, and at the same time provide experienced students with a session that challenges them. Our instructors are selected to be role models for our students. They have all attended instructor's courses and are regularly assessed and provided with further training. They are not just personal trainers teaching kicking, punching and stretching. Our instructors are individuals that have had a strong commitment to their own training and development, and are now committed to assisting you become happier and healthier too. Our members come from all walks of life including clergy, office workers, tradies, students, academics, the military, police services and more. When you start training with us you will be welcomed into a community focused club - our members often get together for more than just training. With both social and training focussed events (like school holiday training camps, BBQ's, mums classes, training/movie nights, sparring days and more) occurring regularly. See you on the mats!

After years of training, early morning and late nights at the dojang, Sir Adrian has finally earnt his Black Belt.

Thank you so much to the Black Belts who came, supported and partnered, so happy to see such a large crowd full of family and friends.
