🟦 ADC Part 2 – Rubber Dam OSCE Task

Rubber dam placement is a very common OSCE station in ADC Part 2 — and surprisingly, it’s where many candidates lose easy marks.

I use rubber dam in everyday clinical practice and I truly believe if you understand why and how to use it properly, it becomes second nature.

If you have:
• Questions about clamp selection
• Difficulty isolating broken-down teeth
• Trouble with inversion
• Issues with wedjets or floss ligatures
• Concerns about patient communication during placement
• Or you’re unsure what examiners are actually looking for

Ask your questions below 👇

I’ll try to answer as many as I can.

If we get a lot of interest, we can organise a Zoom session dedicated purely to Rubber Dam for ADC Part 2 — practical tips, common mistakes, and how to score maximum marks in the OSCE station.

Let’s make this simple and predictable.
