This morning in class after relaxation, I asked the children to draw or write how they felt. There were numerous who felt "calm" and one said "better" and there were a few who wrote "Thank you". Most of them took their drawings with them, but one lovely yogini gave this to me. Kids yoga did it's magic. I love making a difference to little people's lives! 😍

Welcome to Youth In Balance! Our mission is to create happier, healthier, more balanced youth.
When children and young people practice yoga, they commonly experience significant improvements in health and wellbeing.
Yoga helps children and teens manage emotions, boosts confidence and improves mental health, concentration and mood.
At Youth In Balance, we offer yoga classes in schools, pre-school facilities, and as part of before- and after-school care as well as school holiday programs in the Sydney area. Our classes are an enjoyable and beneficial combination of education, play, movement and relaxation.
We offer courses and one-off classes like a birthday party or a workshop.
We also provide one-on-one and group Yoga Therapy classes to assist children with conditions like ADHD, autism, asthma, scoliosis, depression, anxiety and many more.
We can't wait to hear from you and make a difference in your children's lives!
