Are you afraid of speaking in public? Wanna know why?!? Well it's partly because we are afraid of looking silly in front of other. You see, we have been primed from young to impress others and seek their approval. Think of your childhood relationship with your parents. We are constantly wondering what others are thinking about us.

Now forget of all that! It's toxic to your mind.

Instead, seek to EXPRESS yourself! That's all! Don't overthink it. Just ask yourself, how can I best get this message across in the simplest way possible in MY own words (not ChatGPT!). Put aside the formalities. Be yourself.

Public speaking is simply about expressing your thoughts/story/message to an audience. And stop worrying about what others think. Honestly, no body really cares about you.

Now get out there and speak like no body cares!

And remember, "don't speak more, speak better".
