THE WIZARD OF OZ | A COSMIC KIDS YOGA ADVENTURE

An hour and a half of my daily program is allocated to quiet, rest time. In my 10+ years of working In early education I’ve found that it’s very common for children to struggle to relax and actually rest in this time. Because of this I have added an alternative for this time. Cosmic Kids Yoga. Kids Yoga promotes relaxation whilst working on gross motor skills, balance and flexibility all in one.

I love cooking, getting children involved, and providing yummy healthy foods, here is a sample of my weekly menu 👩‍🍳

I’m located in Cloverdale just near Belmont forum and I’m opening my Family daycare 26th of July.

I have vacancies for babies to 5 year olds Monday to Friday 7am - 530pm.

My family daycare is a Play based learning, fun, caring and safe environment, and I have over 10 years experience in Child Care

All healthy home cooked meals included.
