It’s A Long Way From Tipperary…….to Brisbane

When you first meet from you will hear the beautiful Irish accent and then be hit by the incredible positive outlook that shines through Sinead’s eyes, words and actions.

Sinead is a Kinesiologist who believes that everyone deserves to live their best lives - and that’s everyone from a young children through to those of use who are in the grandparent stage. This can be achieved through the practice of kinesiology by getting to the core of any underlying issues, processing emotions that have been developed as a response and this will then lead to a quietening of the mind, release of stress and anxiety. ……Sounds easy, but only for the truly qualified (and Sinead is definitely qualified and has the certificates and many hours of study to prove it).

When Sinead isn’t helping others find their true path and best life she will be spending her time with the family in this beautiful part of the world that Sinead and family now call home……and have done for the past 15 years. Sinead truly believes that the best place in the world to find the life work balance that is so important to our health, can be found right here in the Redlands.

Sinead’s message will be delivered to the world this month as a new 7 week course is about to be launched. 7 Weeks To Calm is something we all can do in the comfort of our own home and I personally look forward to find a calm that will allow me to sleep better at night.

Being a small business owner can be very hard...right?
** You often don't make the money you want to make.
** You spend hours away from your family and friends in order to get the work completed for your clients, and
** You thought your business would be bigger than it is
So.......what keeps you going??? What will be the reason you get out of bed on a Monday morning with a smile on your face motivated to greet your customers again? 😁😁

For ourselves, and all of our clients we work with, one of the first things we find out is "The Why" - Why do they want to be in business and what will that business give them....and perhaps even more important - who will they impact when they create their Ideal Business?

Will it be their children, their parents, their community, a church, or a charitable organisation? This is the real reason business owners go to work each day. The reason they jump out of bed and are ready to take on the world and move one step closer to that Ideal Business that will eventually fulfill their dream.

This weekend we understood our Why very clearly. 🤩🤩We wanted to build a business that created flexibility so that we can visit our family dotted around Australia....so we spent time with parents these past days who are finding it harder to travel. Precious time to create more memories. Our "Why" is our family

As you enter Perch and Pantry (even after we've just experienced a lockdown and we still have to wear masks) you always feel inspired in a very calm way...........And when you meet the owner you begin to understand exactly why.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Michelle is a dynamo 🤸‍♂️🤸‍♂️🤸‍♂️🤸‍♂️ whose store is filled with absolutely stunning pieces to decorate your home........and, every product is ethically, morally and often locally sourced.
Michelle's vision is to empower and support women in business (and life) in as many ways she can - both here locally in the Redlands and overseas. You see, Michelle's beliefs include "fair trade is about empowerment, not charity" as well as women coming together in her space to spend time finding some inner peace. ✅✅✅✅✅
When asked why Michelle chooses to trade in The Redlands the answer is as quick to her lips as the smile that spreads warmly across her face. "It's all about the community. I love working and living here. This community has supported me through the past 6 years but during the pandemic they have helped me to survive....I could never leave that."
