KRIYA SHAKTI
The energy of action.
Don’t focus on the resistance or the fear; focus on your desire to expand. Remember what it was that inspired you to manifest the desire in the first place. Act from that awareness.
One of my teaches says “in our lives, kriya shakti , the energy of actin, is expressed through our choices. Even when we understand that we have absolute, autonomous free will to choose, sometimes we choose not to live in, or even pursue, the highest part of ourselves… fundamentally, it is the fact that we are responsible for our own state that most pi**es us off, but having that responsibility, we must make conscious choice. Once we make a commitment to our own growth, the only choice that is wrong is the one where we refuse to grow…” - Swami Khecaranatha
As such, more than ever I am feeling the complete urge and desire to action my own expansion and to be in support of all those wishing to do the same.
The past 3 years I have been in a big, relitively silent internal process of healing, grieving and establishing a new expansive inner foundation and purpose, and it feels ripe to begin sharing that with you now.
I aim to share with you here and , the tools for expansion that the timeless teachings of Ta**ra and Ayurveda have gifted me to move through my own experiences and the world with greater ease, compassions, reverence and mastery.
Actioning expansion now!

THE COMSIC DANCE OF THE Pañcakṛtya
Each new moment that I consciously weave my awareness to, feels like a complete revolution of self.
In this way, the Ta***ic system of yoga, offers the wisdom of a teaching “The five fold acts of Shiva” the “Pañcakṛtya”:
- in that every manifestation of reality, be it a thought, a feeling, an action, or a life, all contain and experience the five following stages:
1. Creation
2. Preservation
3. Destruction
4. Concealment
5. Revelation
Upon applying this system and embodying this understanding, that this is present in each moment, has gifted me a greater context of and clarity around the dynamic journey of emotion and experience that is available in each unique moment of time… and as it is considered that time for a yogi is non-linear, there is profound opportunity to slow the time down and consciously pause in the space of any of those stages to observe, assist, activate or pacify the essence of that stage.
This philosophy of this has helped me to appreciate bringing reverence and purpose to all stages of life within all cycles… particularly the destruction or the death stage of a moment or experience.
Grieving and accepting the letting go of something has been my most paradoxical practice - the greatest challenge and yet the most exquisite and profound practice.
Over time, as I have worked with this system as a foundation in my awareness, I have noticed the shift in personal strength, emotional stability, endurance and peace as it has helped me to make space for that which follows (3.) destruction : the (4.) Concealment; the clearing of the loss and then finally, the (5.) Revaluation; the knowing that everything is as is should be.
Swipe for an expression on transforming the relationship to death 🖤
Can you see these stages in your life, in your moments and in your thoughts?

BUSH Sādhanā
“Wherever the mind goes, whether turned inward or turned towards the outside world, everywhere there is the divine. Since the divine is everywhere, where can the mind go to avoid it?”
- Vijnana Bhairava Ta**ra
Lately I have been contemplating on this teaching from this ta***ic text… and I find it to be a partially potent practice when I go out into the bushland around my home.
When I sit in nature and become still, I feel a sense of harmony quickly establish between my inner environment and the outer environment.
The patterns that are revealed around me on the tree bark, in the soil and in the winds dance, offer a seeing of the patterns of my own moods, my minds thinking and the way my body moves, being reflected back to me.
They can be rough, unpredictable, ugly, wild, dynamic and messy just as they can be smooth, still, beautiful, gentle, balanced and clear.
They can be an expression of creation and life and they can be an expression of destruction and death.
There is a melting and merging of the origin of these internal or external impressions and as such the perceived rigid boarder of my own self softens and sometimes (if I’m courageous and compassionate enough) dissolves.
I am forever humbled by the expansive teaching of Ta***ic yoga which offers great opportunity for the reclamation of great awareness to perceive all aspects of ourselves as divine.
This is the work- and it’s a full-power path of fire !!
Just as nature does, the more I let go of the constraints, prejudices, shame, limitation and self - rejection, the more I am empowered to LIVE and THRIVE in greater freedom.
… and I’m VERY here for that!
is the educational platform I am launching with my partner Jesse sharing the teachings of Ta**ra, Yoga + Ayurveda that support a more expanded and liberated life. If this interested you please follow and stay tuned!

TAKE REFUGE IN YOURSELF.
There is so much intelligence to be acknowledged within ourselves that grounds us in knowing that we possess great capacity and possibility to traverse our dynamic lives, while remaining in a stable and expansive relationship with our reality.
Refuge cannot be found in uncertain places.
Rather than seeking externally and outside of ourselves for support, validation, joy and well-being, can we courageously turn the gaze inwards to illuminate our innate nature and design to interface with our life from a centered sense of self?
Are we willing to trust ourselves to show up for ourselves?
What do we need to enliven this response?
