🤯 “It feels like EVERYONE has their child in tutoring… is my child missing out?”

But I’m not a fan of drilling worksheets or hothousing my child. Because knowing more isn’t the same as learning better.

What’s better alternative to tutoring?

💡What is inferencing?

Inferencing is a vital skill that children must cultivate not just in English, but across subjects like math, science, and the arts. It also plays an important role in fostering higher-order thinking in young learners.

To develop their inferencing skills, children need to:

⭐ Seek out clues and evidence
⭐ Draw upon their own knowledge and experiences
⭐ Use reasoning and evidence to arrive at conclusions (and remember, there may be multiple answers!)

We have also use our previous video featuring the book 'Alexander's Outing' to provide an example of inferencing in action.
