A little update from me… I’m heading back to the gym! 🎉💪

I’ll now be offering face-to-face personal training at Anytime Fitness, Jerrabomberra and Weston Creek. I’m really excited to get back to working with women in the gym.

If you’ve fallen out of your routine, lost confidence or just don’t know what to do when you walk through the gym doors, that is exactly where I can help.

And before anyone asks… no, I’m not leaving the menopause space! 🔥 You’ll still get all the education, conversations and support around perimenopause and menopause.

For me, it’s about bringing the two things I love together: helping women understand what is happening in their bodies and helping them get strong again.

Have you ever felt like healthy eating has become a full-time job? 🤯

One expert tells you to eat salads.
Another says avoid carbs.
Someone else tells you to count calories, fast, cut sugar, eat more protein... and before you know it, you're wondering if you need a degree in nutrition just to make lunch!

Meanwhile, you're doing your best and still feeling:
✨ Tired
✨ Frustrated
✨ Stuck with weight that won't budge
✨ Unsure what your body actually needs anymore

If this sounds familiar, I want you to know something...

You're not failing.
Your body has changed, and your nutrition may need to change with it.

That's why I created the Nutrition Review.

It's not another meal plan or restrictive diet. It's an opportunity to find out whether the way you're eating is supporting your body, your goals and your future health.

Because once you stop guessing, you can start making choices with confidence.

💬 Tell me in the comments... what's the most confusing nutrition advice you've heard lately?"

07/08/2026

Have you ever found yourself thinking...
"I'm doing everything right, so why isn't anything changing?"

I hear this from women all the time.

They're trying.
They're making healthier choices.
They're eating less.
They're avoiding treats.

Yet they're still feeling exhausted.
Still battling cravings.
Still struggling with stubborn weight.
Still wondering what they're missing.

The truth is...
You can't improve something you haven't taken the time to understand.

Nutrition isn't just about eating "good" foods.

It's about whether your meals are giving your body what it needs to support your energy, your hormones, your metabolism and your goals.

Sometimes it's not about working harder.
It's about getting clearer.

This week, I want you to get curious.

Instead of asking...
❌ "Am I being good?"

Ask yourself...
✅ "Is the way I'm eating helping me become the healthiest version of me?"

That one question can completely change how you approach your nutrition.

💬 Tell me in the comments...
What's one thing that confuses you most about healthy eating?
I'd love to know because chances are, if you're wondering it, someone else is too.

You can be eating "healthy"… and still not be giving your body what it needs.

It's about understanding whether the way you're eating is actually supporting your hormones, energy, metabolism and goals.

This week, I want you to become curious, not critical.

Instead of asking, "Am I eating healthy?"

Try asking, "Is my nutrition helping me feel the way I want to feel?"

💬 Which of these five signs do you relate to most? Let me know in the comments.

03/08/2026

"But I eat healthy..."
It's one of the most common things I hear.
And often, it's true.

The problem isn't that you're eating "bad" foods.
The problem is that healthy eating isn't one-size-fits-all.
Especially during perimenopause.

That doesn't mean you've failed.
It means your nutrition may need to evolve with your body.

Over the next few weeks, I'm going to help you understand what to look for so you can stop guessing and start making informed choices.

💬 Tell me in the comments: Have you ever thought, "I'm eating healthy... so why don't I feel healthy?"
