Over the course of a 3-day Barista Skills course, students mastered the art of crafting a wide range of espresso coffees and hot and cold beverages. In just two days, they collaborated to set up and operate a simulated coffee and beverage café, demonstrating creativity and teamwork by naming their business, designing a logo and menu, and creating an inviting outdoor setup. They prepared and sold over 100 beverages, alongside free cupcakes and cookies, while managing marketing, customer service, and deliveries with professionalism, politeness, and a cheerful attitude Their hard work and dedication not only impressed customers but also earned them industry-recognised barista qualifications.

If you are unwell on the day of the AST, including covid, you need to speak to your school and ask for a second sitting application form which include a part that your doctor must fill in. You will need to go to the doctor, have a telehealth appointment, or attend the walk-in clinic for a medical certificate that states what you were ill with. Your school can email the forms to you. You need to notify your school and get the medical certificate within 24 hours of the test you have missed.
