We're excited to share our new program of short courses, developed for public servants from APS 1 to EL1 (and equivalent) levels! With a choice between in-person sessions in Canberra and the flexibility of online learning, we're here to accommodate your needs.

Our courses are the product of our seasoned experience and deep understanding of the public sector. We have designed them to bolster your confidence, enhance your capabilities, and provide an in-depth understanding of the public sector. Our aim is to help you to excel in your current role and effectively gear up for future prospects.

We are two former Senior Executive Service public servants with a passion for 'paying it forward,' our courses draw upon our extensive experience and are aimed at equipping current members of the public sector to achieve their best.

Registrations for the Executive Assistant Program beginning in February 2022, are open!

This program is for Executive Assistants looking to grow their confidence and their ability to undertake the Executive assistant role as an empowered and strategic partner.

The program embraces Executive Assistants from ACT and other State Governments, Australian Public Service, Local Government and the not-for-profit sector

The Growing Leaders Program is an extension of the Professional Foundations Program, with the aim to mentor those in mid-level public service positions. This program is led by Jo Schumann, Melanie Fisher and Darren Box. The Growing Leaders Program begins in March and is available online and in person.

We received some amazing feedback from participants undertaking the Professional Foundations Program. We are so grateful to have such enthusiastic and engaging people around us.

Last week, Cohort 5 of the Professional Foundations Program, reflected on what we have learnt over the past 8 months. We used these reflections to develop individual ‘You, your contribution and career plans. We are so thrilled by the progress of this cohort! We are very excited to see their final presentations during our next module!
