AMSA Med Ed AMSA Med Ed is the online learning platform run by the Australian Medical Students' Association.

We are the Medical Education (Med Ed) initiative in the Australian Medical Students' Association (AMSA), dedicated to improving medical education for Australian medical students. It presents students with a unique way to enhance their learning experience by offering free, accessible resources and promoting student-led research. AMSA is the key representative body of Australia's 17,000 medical students. Its key mandate is to connect, inform and represent medical students in Australia.

The Australian Medical Council (AMC) is sponsoring two medical students to attend the 2026 IPE Colloquium™ in Canberra on 5 May 2026.
The IPE Colloquium brings together educators, clinicians, regulators, patients, and students from across the health professions to explore collaborative practice and share ideas for improving healthcare education.
Selected students will receive:
• Complimentary conference registration
• Return domestic travel within Australia
• Accommodation if required
This year’s theme is “Empowering voices: Educating health professionals for respectful and inclusive conversations.”
