Invigorate Conference 2026 was an incredible day of connection, reflection, challenge and inspiration for the early childhood profession.
A heartfelt thank you to Abby for being an outstanding MC, Kristy Lee for opening the day with a beautiful blessing, and Rev Michael and Leon for their Acknowledgement of Country.
Across the day, our presenters challenged us to think deeply about practice, leadership, relationships and the important role we each play in shaping early childhood education.
Anthony Semann brought his trademark honesty, humour and warmth, challenging us to reflect on professionalism, culture, leadership and our responsibility to create meaningful change.
Kelly Goodsir invited us to look more deeply at curriculum, inquiry and children’s thinking — encouraging us to slow down, listen carefully and become curious about the learning beneath the surface.
Adam Christie challenged us to embrace curiosity, possibility, appropriate risk and the incredible capability of children, reminding us of the value of creating spaces where children can explore, experiment and discover.
Tamara Holmes brought an important message about inclusion, behaviour and belonging, encouraging us to look beyond behaviour and consider what children may be communicating through their actions.
We finished the day with our Invigorate Panel — an open, honest and at times very funny conversation, shaped by wonderful questions from our delegates.
To Anthony, Kelly, Adam and Tamara, our panel, delegates, sponsors and exhibitors — thank you for making Invigorate 2026 such a special day.
Our hope has always been that people leave Invigorate thinking differently, asking better questions, feeling re-energised and inspired to make a difference.
Invigorate 2026 — connect, be challenged, be inspired, and remember why the work we do matters so much.
