Procrastination
The dreaded P word - the word that screams laziness, non-motivated, a failure and a few others I’m sure each of us can relate to in some way
What does procrastination mean for you, what does it look like for you, have you combated it before?
Studies now show that in fact procrastination is NONE of the above and so I’m here to ask you to stop beating yourself up about the lack of progress your making in the things you want to get done
Take a step back and delve into the reasons why those things aren’t being achieved, questions to ask yourself:
❤️ is doing this going to move me forward
❤️will this task move time closer to my goal
❤️ do I enjoy this task
❤️ do I HAVE to do this task or SHOULD I do this task
❤️ what patterns can I spot in my procrastination techniques
❤️ is this task a task for ME or someone else
❤️ is this task fulfilling
❤️is this task getting in the way of me doing OTHER tasks and so it stays on my list
