August 3rd – 9th is Early Learning Matters Week, a wonderful opportunity to acknowledge the incredible journey of early learning and its profound impact on children and communities. At C&K, we see this play out every day across our kindy and childcare centres, in the everyday moments where children build confidence, curiosity, and connection 🤩🤸🏽‍♂️✨

For almost 120 years, Learning Through Play has been at the heart of how C&K gives children the best possible start, built on strong relationships and environments where every child feels safe to explore and grow. It's this foundation that shapes not just a child's early years, but the person they become 🥰🌱

We have some exciting news to share!

Our Capital Works project is underway.

These upgrades to our kindy will create safer, more accessible and more inviting spaces for our children to learn, explore, and enjoy every day.

What’s being upgraded:
✅ A new boardwalk from the gatehouse to the front patio.
✅ A fully decked front patio to create a safer, more comfortable outdoor space.
✅ A complete renovation of the children’s outside toilet, giving them a fresh, modern, child-friendly facility.

These upgrades will make a big difference to the daily experience of our kindy children and families.

⚠️For our parent's don't forget we have changed drop-off and pick-up arrangements.
⏬️For the everyone, please ensure you slow right down when driving in the area.

At Yorkeys K**b Kindy we love chatting together, reciting nursery rhymes, reading, telling stories and playing with toys!

Preschoolers develop language skills through play. They love to chat. The more often we talk with our children, the more words they’ll learn and use.
