Yummy Shoulders stretch 😋 This very simple move (but very hard to obtain on a table) is created through simple body-weight counterbalance and zero effort. 🙌🏽 By hooking on the posterior upper trapezius and leaning our body weight backward we obtain not only a lovely massage and mobilization of the traps, but also a flexion in the upper thoracic spine and extension in the neck. For people like me, who have too much upper thoracic extension and not much curve of the neck, this little stretch is absolutely fantastic, as it creates curves in all the right places! 🤩 Just make sure you keep the client’s head on the pillow, in order to avoid hyper extension of the neck. This is one of my favourite techniques to release shoulder problems. I've had particular success over the years with frozen shoulders.

Massaging all the rotator cuff's pressure-points, muscles and Sen lines (meridians), while mobilizing the arm is absolute key to release a frozen shoulder or any shoulder pain, in my personal experience.
