A little bit about me,

•I am 26 years old
•I am a Registered Nurse in Emergency
•I live with my partner Brad on the North West Coast of Tasmania
•We are currently building our home
•I am known as Auntie Neik to my amazing nephew Louie and niece Olive
•Brad and I are on the waitlist for our first labradoodle puppy
•I LOVE everything about pregnancy, labour, birth and postpartum 🧡

✨“Hypno” of hypnobirthing ✨
Refers to self-hypnosis. Self-hypnosis encourages a deep state of relaxation, similar to that of meditation to allow the mother to go within herself during labour and birth to trust and feel confident in her body. The birthing mother will remain conscious and fully aware of her surroundings whilst being in control during labour and birth. This often results in less intervention during birth.
