Compassion is always there, it never goes. You mind adds stuff on top of the compassion to keep you away from yourself. You thoughts, ideas and concepts about yourself overshadow who you are. Look at all those thoughts and be with them as they are until they no longer hold you.

Tension, performance and judgement may arise to create a sense of anxiety.

How would you be if you were free of all these. They are there to show you this is who you are. STOP, be with yourself, it is an opportunity to know, 'this is me'.

Do not miss this or it will continue to arise until you take time to know yourself deeply.

You hold it close, you use it, you manipulate with it and you live it each day as if it was and is still you.

When you close your eyes and see the story, what does it give you? Be honest.

You accumulate, you collect, you stop being with what is.

Slow down and be with each moment as it is. let go what is not here right now. it may never happen, you take up space and peace and joy.

Stop Sit and Be for a moment each hour on the hour.

You can awaken to see the world you live in, in a different way. Can you also awaken within to see who and what you are?
If you stay with this seeing, you will shift into a place of quiet awareness, a watching of yourself.
It then shifts into a non viewer, a non seer, a no you.

Judgement begins with you. In Judging what you see in other generally is within yourself.

Next time stop and look, feel is there any of this within me?

If you see yourself then really experience what judgement feels like, dont distract yourself or push it away. It is there to be seen.
