I first found the book “No More Mr Nice Guy” back in 2017.

I never knew it would be such a game changer.

From reading the book, years later becoming a coach and being taught by Dr Glover and then helping him start his men’s community, to becoming a good friend and mentor.

This past week after probably hundreds of Zoom calls together over the years, I finally got to meet and hang out and absorb the wisdom from the GOAT!!

What a few days!!

Most men aren’t weak.
They’re just unled.

No mission.
No standards.
No inner compass.

Just floating through life, hoping something external gives them purpose.

The truth?
Nobody’s coming to hand you your path.
You have to claim it.

This post is a wake-up call.
If you’ve been feeling lost, stuck, or just off lately…
You don’t need more motivation,
You need self-leadership.

Read the slides.
Choose your direction.
Lead yourself.

Let’s go!!

Why do “Nice Guys” finish last?

It’s not because they’re too kind.
It’s because their kindness is often rooted in fear, insecurity, and hidden expectations.

When your niceness is a mask to get approval or affection, people feel it—and it pushes them away.

The truth is:
✅ Being kind isn’t the problem
❌ Being afraid to be honest, assertive, and real is

In this post, I break down:
• Why people-pleasing backfires
• What actually earns respect
• How to shift from needing approval to standing in confidence

Slide through and see where you might be stuck… then let’s talk about how to change it.

Which slide hit home for you? Drop a comment.
save this post to come back to it or share with a friend that might need it!

“Being nice and being a good man are NOT the same thing.”

A “Nice Guy” often:
❌ Suppresses his own needs for approval
❌ Avoids conflict at all costs
❌ Expects rewards for being nice
❌ Lacks strong personal boundaries

A Genuine Man is:
✅ Kind without expecting anything in return
✅ Confident in himself and his decisions
✅ Assertive, yet respectful
✅ Secure in his own value

Nice Guy Syndrome is a trap that keeps you stuck in frustration. But the good news? You can break free.
