Calling all Bunbury and South West Homeschoolers!

Are you looking for an engaging way to teach your child tools for noticing feelings, calming their body, getting started when things feel hard, staying focused, growing confidence, bouncing back, and connecting with others? 💜

We’re very excited to share our very first HUG Heroes™ Discovery Sessions for children aged 4–7 in Bunbury.
HUG stands for Heal Understand Grow. We are a wellness business centred around nervous system regulation, social and emotional learning, and wellbeing for all ages.

HUG Heroes™ is HUG’s first children’s offering — a playful, child-centred wellbeing program that helps children understand, practise, and grow their innate HeroPowers™ in real life.
Grounded in applied neuroscience, nervous system regulation and somatic learning, HUG Heroes™ is designed around the science of how children learn and regulate best. The Seven HeroPowers™ are inspired by real neurobiological processes and translated into a playful world children can engage in, and learn while having fun.

Through story, music, movement, and play, children are introduced to the seven HeroPowers™ in a way that feels safe, imaginative, interactive, and empowering.

And because connection is one of our core values, these Discovery Sessions are not just a sit-and-watch activity. They are designed to be interactive and relational, with parent/carer involvement woven in to support connection, co-regulation, and shared language that can carry beyond the session and into everyday life.

These Discovery Sessions are a beautiful first taste of the program and a low-pressure way to explore what HUG Heroes™ is all about.
