In my 2001 book 'Eugenics and Genocide in the Modern World' I presented 600 pages of evidence that the HIV epidemic was caused intentionally as a means to reduce the populations of what was being termed the 'Third World'. According to my independent investigations, which were done in Melbourne, Australia and later in Brisbane (where I gained my medical degree in 1983) Australia played a key role in the engineering of the virus using technologies pioneered at the Melbourne University's Walter and Eliza Hall Institute by Sir Frank Macfarlane Burnet. Burnet was a proponent of developing and using biological weapons offensively against the civilian populations of Indonesia, opining that, "Poverty and disease alone have kept our northern neighbours in check". Burnet, who was awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1960 ventured this monstrous plan in top secret documents to the Australian military the early part of the Cold War. The Burnet Institute, which I have investigated with careful analysis of its annual reports since 1997, plays a key role in the Australian government's strategy for overseas aid in Asia, Africa, Melanesia and the Pacific Islands (via Ausaid and its International Health Unit). Neurotoxins that shorten the life by 20 years are not ‘medications’. They are poisons.

Dopamine is an essential neurotransmitter. Dopamine-blockers are not medications – they are torture drugs.

They also have worse effects on people with dark skin. This has been known, but rarely acknowledged, for decades.

These drugs also cause diabetes, obesity, anhedonia, sexual dysfunction, movement disorders, akathisia, cognitive decline, drooling and other health problems.

These effects also make victims of the poisons look mad – this is an obvious cause of stigmatization.

For these reasons, they should and will be banned.

Beauty is not in the eye of the beholder.

The saying that "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" is a dogma that I was indoctrinated with, but 30 years ago I theorized that it wasn't true. This was based on several observations I had made over the years. I am now sure that there are many cross-cultural and cross-species perceptions of what is beautiful. One of these is butterflies, but there are many more things in nature that are commonly aesthetically pleasing. These include trees, leaves, flowers, rainbows, sunsets and sunrises, cloud formations, waterfalls, birds (not all), fish (not all) and faces (not all!).

Of course, perception of beauty is not limited to the visual sense. Sounds, aromas and taste (gustatory) are also perceived as beautiful. Some of these are also perceived as beautiful cross-culturally and cross-species (as well as cross-genus and even cross-kingdom).

Why Cannabis needs to be legalised globally

It is a fact that the prohibition of alcohol in the USA was a major factor contributing to the wealth, influence and power of the Italian Mafia. The same is the case with the prohibition of Cannabis.

The Aboriginal People of Australia call Cannabis "yarndi", while it is called "g***a" in Sri Lanka, Nepal, India and South-East Asia. The word g***a comes from the Singhala and Sanskrit word ganga, meaning river. The word yarndi indicates that it has a long history of use in Australia, and is likely to be the origin of the word 'yarn'. It was one of the first plants to cultivated and has numerous medical, psychological as well as industrial benefits. It could be a valuable cash crop for poor nations in the Global South.

Fear-mongering about the 'dangers' of Cannabis is not based on good science but the vested interests of the pharmaceutical industry, psychiatric system, as well as the alcohol and plastics industries inter alia. The last of these was due to the fact that h**p has extremely strong fibres. In fact, that why sails (for ships and boats), ropes, fabrics and textiles were made of h**p. It is also the reason it was used to manufacture banknotes (hence the term 'greenback' for the US dollar notes).

Legalising Cannabis globally will help decrease the problem of alcoholism. It is a proven fact that drinking too much alcohol causes damage to the liver and brain as well as contributing to obesity, diabetes and depression. The fact that Cannabis improves mood means that it could be a valuable medicinal herb for depression and a safer alternative to antidepressant drugs. This is, in fact, why the drug companies are against the legalisation of cannabis.

It is evident, from analysing the diagnostic criteria for mental illness promoted by the World Health Organization in the ICD system (International Classification of Disease) as well as the American DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) that the mental effects of smoking or ingesting cannabis have been pathologised, following the "re**er madness" scare campaign of the 1950s.

The prohibition and criminalisation of cannabis has also resulted in countless young people being jailed for smoking or possessing g***a. This benefits the private prison industry but not humanity. In addition, the misclassification of cannabis as a 'narcotic' and 'dangerous drug' has long contributed to the demonization of what is a valuable healing herb. Unfortunately, it is also a fact that the WHO has been in cahoots with Big Pharma since its inception.
