Thank you so much Chrysalis Orofacial for your most fantastic post about the MyoMate! We agree - it’s so important to take measurements for a complete Myofunctional evaluation.
This might look like a simple tool, but it carries a lot of clinical insight.
The Myomate helps clinicians gather objective measurements during myofunctional evaluations, including data used for TRMR assessment. These measurements support consistent evaluation, clearer clinical reasoning, and more confident decision-making.
In other words, it helps turn “I’m seeing something” into “I know what this means.”
Learning how to use tools like this and understand why the data matters is a key part of building a strong myofunctional foundation.
That’s exactly where TOTS Training® comes in.

That’s a wrap for BFES this weekend! 2 days of educating a fantastic bunch of health professionals - with the help of and ❤️.
So much curiosity, experience and insights shared by our delegates - as far away as Thailand!
We gave a bonus 2 hour ‘Show n Tell’ to those who stayed Saturday night sharing what we learnt at a recent Tongue conference. These informal discussions and chats are so fun and such a fun way to nerd out!
There’s more orofacial functional warriors out in the community now - which means more people are being helped.
It’s why we put in these events. X

📣 Exciting news for 2026!
We’re thrilled to announce that our next Breathe • Feed • Eat • Sleep (BFES) professional course is happening February 14–15, 2026 — in Brisbane and online!
This two-day workshop is designed for all health professionals — from dentists and hygienists to speech pathologists, manual therapists, lactation consultants and beyond. If you work with breathing, feeding, sleep, or oral development in any capacity, this course is for you.
Only 15 early bird tickets have been released (available until November 30, 2025), so don’t miss your chance to join us for this deep dive into orofacial function and whole-body health.
Last week, Cheree joined the Myo Munchee team at the OHAA National Congress, where she presented her first scientific poster demonstrating the MyoMate® — a precision tool for measuring orofacial movement and function. Her presentation highlighted how the MyoMate helps bring objective data to functional therapy, bridging clinical practice and research.
The BFES course will build on this science — exploring how assessment tools, therapy strategies, and interdisciplinary collaboration can transform outcomes across the lifespan.
